Q: Can I Collect User Feedback?
A: Absolutely! You can ask users all sorts of questions and collect all sorts of data.



Q: What Types of Data Can I Collect?
A: Three types. You can collect text-based information (like their address and/or phone number, etc.), single-select answers (A or B, A or B or C, etc.), or multi-select answers (A and B, A and B and F, etc.)



Q: Where is the Data Stored?
A: In a database. All information is stored in an Access database for later processing.



Q: Can I Have More Than One Survey?
A: Yes. You can have an unlimited number of surveys. Each survey can have an unlimited number of questions.



Q: Can Users Go Back / Foward Through Their Answers?
A: Yes. Kiosk-in-a-Box remembers the "state" of each question answered for a particular user. They may go forwards / backwards through their answers to optionally review and/or change their response.



Q: Can Users Change Their Answers?
A: Yes. They may go back through the survey and optionally change answers. Only with they submit their responses do they become permanent.



Q: Can I Collect Data From a Card Swipe?
A: Yes. You can collect any field from a single or two-track card and use this information within your survey.



Q: Can I Force Them To Answer a Question?
A: Yes. You can set up your survey such that they cannot continue forward until the question and/or field{s} are answered.



Q: Can I Get Responses "Live" via E-Mail?
A: Yes. You may optionally have Kiosk-in-a-Box E-Mail you with the survey responses "live".



Q: Can I Receive This Information Daily Automatically?
A: Yes. You can have the information sent to you via E-Mail or FTP - your choice.



Q: Is Their Archiving Available?
A: Yes. You may optionally have each daily database collection archived.
