Welcome to the Showroom! Below is a partial list of kiosk applications developed by Rocky Mountain Multimedia for various clients. All graphics and layouts were created by Rocky Mountain Multimedia except where noted in the project description. Each project contains a short project description, plus some links to a few online screen captures.

View from Space - Astronaut Hall of Fame This kiosk allows a user to select an area of Earth and also what type of object{s} to view as seen from the Space Shuttle. It is currently located in the Astronaut Hall of Fame in Florida. The interface and software were developed in-house by Rocky Mountain Multimedia. The actual pictures from space were courtesy of NASA. The software was custom written specifically for this project.

Hospital Informational Kiosk - Prescott, Arizona VA Medical Center This kiosk was designed using Kiosk-in-a-Box, and allows veterans to determine available services and also to become acquainted with the Prescott VA Medical Center. It contained full voiceovers and easy-to-read menus. Since it was designed using Kiosk-in-a-Box, updates and changes are easily performed on-site and without assistance from Rocky Mountain Multimedia.

Horseracing Handicapping Printout Kiosk - The Winner's Edge This kiosk, designed using Kiosk-in-a-Box, allows a user to pick a horse racing handicapping report that was automatically downloaded the night before the race. The kiosk changes button selections according to the downloaded report{s} available. A $5 payment produces the report selected.

Human Resource Kiosk - North Texas Human Resource Group Here is yet another Kiosk-in-a-Box kiosk appliciation. This kiosk allows unemployed visitors to find themselves in the database and then record their activities for the day at one of five North Central Texas Workforce Centers. Users register activities similar to taking a survey. All results are stored in a database for later processing and evaluation.

Business Hall of Fame Kiosk - Denver Chamber of Commerce The Denver Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Junior Achivement, contracted Rocky Mountain Multimedia to create the Colorado Business Hall of Fame kiosk. This kiosk allows users to search by name or date, and then view a 4-5 minute MPG presentation about the selected Hall of Fame member. This kiosk was designed using Kiosk-in-a-Box.

Welcome to Jakarta, Indonesia Tourism Kiosk - GPL, Inc. This was a bi-lingual kiosk created for GPL in Jakarta, Indonesia. It provides tourist and attraction information in both English and Indonesian. One of the key features requested by the client was a dynamically scrolling "icon bar" of the top 40 advertisers located on both the top and bottom of the kiosk. The software was developed in-house by Rocky Mountain Multimedia while the graphics, sounds and videos were supplied by GPL.

Comdex Internet Kiosk - Kiosk Information Systems, Inc. Kiosk Information Systems, Inc. took the Web Kiosk Commander to Comdex so that they could 1) demonstrate software running on their kiosk enclosures, 2) expose their web site, and 3) gather contacts. The graphics for both the web pages and the Web Kiosk Commander were designed by Rocky Mountain Multimedia.

AWWA Convention Kiosk - American Water Works Association This kiosk is an Intranet kiosk that the American Water Works Association (AWWA) uses each year at their annual convention. Designed for use with the Web Kiosk Commander, this design provides quick access to the AWWA web site on the convention floor.

Museum Internet Kiosk - U.S. Space Camp The U.S. Space Camp contracted Rocky Mountain Multimedia to create a custom design for the "Meteors" Internet Kiosk at the Space Camp. The software used was the Web Kiosk Commander available off this web site.
