Our Semi-Custom Modular Kiosk Strategy
Sometimes a client's kiosk needs are fairly generic in nature. For example, maybe they only need a building directory, a simple web-based kiosk, a tourism kiosk, or a corporate lobby kiosk. Nothing too fancy, yet something that provides a professional first impression.
Well Rocky Mountain Multimedia has the solution for you: individual semi-custom kiosk modules. These modules are "complete" in every way except for one component: your corporate image and/or semi-custom content. RMM will incorporate these missing components into one or more of the pre-designed kiosk modules, creating your semi-custom kiosk for a very reasonable price!

Note: RMM does not build or create any kiosk related hardware, but rather aligns you with the appropriate vendors that best match the needs of your kiosk application. The prices below reflect the software and graphical services only - not the hardware as well.

Semi-Custom Kiosk Modules
All of the semi-custom kiosk modules are designed using Kiosk-in-a-Box, which means that even after you receive your solution, you have the capability to modify and/or edit your solution - and without any programming. The price for Kiosk-in-a-Box depends upon your kiosk implementation. Refer to the Kiosk-in-a-Box page for pricing.
To create your semi-custom kiosk solution, choose one or more of the modules below. Each module is priced individually, so to determine your total cost, add up the sub-total cost for each module selected to the Kiosk-in-a-Box software cost. It's that easy!

Base Kiosk Module (Required)
Price: $995.00

Includes two Attraction Mode Screens with your corporate message and/or logos in 3D, custom system graphics (like "printer error" and/or "touch if you need more time", etc.), and a Welcome Screen that is displayed when transitioning from Attract Mode to In-Use Mode.

Web Page Interface Module
Price: $995.00
|
Includes a single screen layout that will display your web site. Includes all necessary navigational buttons, an optional print button, optional status bar, optional title bar, optional progress bar, and optional "hot" buttons to particular site{s} within your corporate site. Also includes an optional touch-type keyboard.

E-Mail Interface Module
Price: $995.00

Includes two similar screens: a hyperlink e-mail processing screen and an optional "check email" server / username / password screen. Includes an optional touch-type keyboard. This module also assumes a Web Page Interface Module exists.

User Survey Module

Includes a complete user survey design with up to 15 unique questions. Questions can be fill-in-the-blank, single select, or multi-select. Optional card swipe for user input included. Optional Touch-to-Dial, Touch-to-Print, and touch-type keyboard included.

Single-Screen Database Module

Includes a single screen layout, database design, navigational buttons, and a single search option. A typical example would be a building directory. Optional Touch-to-Dial, Touch-to-Print, and touch-type keyboard included.

Multi-Screen Database Module
Price: $995.00 + $495 per additional screen

Includes a multi-screen layout, database design, navigational buttons, and two or more search options / layers. An example of a 3-screen database kiosk: a database tourism kiosk (i.e., select Food, then Food Sub-Type, then Vendor name). Optional Touch-to-Dial, Touch-to-Print, and touch-type keyboard included. If you want to include web site{s} for particular vendors, you need to purchase the Web Page Interface Module as well.

Promotional Multimedia Module

Includes up to three screens that use local multimedia (voice, video, sounds, 3D, graphics, etc.) to promote your business, product, concept, talents, etc. Optional Touch-to-Dial and Touch-to-Print included. Assumes digial voice and video supplied by third party to RMM on CD.

Image Capture & Post-Processing Module
